Salary R144,000 - R180,000 per annum, cost to company


We are looking for a focused, reliable and organised Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to the owner of DIYgirls.


Minimum qualifications and requirements

  • Current Driver’s License and own reliable transport
  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Related tertiary qualification – well respected although not essential for this role
  • Have a good general understanding of business
  • A clear criminal record


Experience

  • Minimum 3 years proven administration work experience
  • Experience with company secretarial work will be beneficial


Skills

  • Excellent English language and communication skills in verbal and written format
  • Strong interpersonal, telephonic protocol and client liaison experience
  • Project management experience
  • Inventory control experience
  • Internet and PC proficiency with advanced MS Word, MS Excel and related programs experience
  • Shopify and Google Merchant Account knowledge would be highly regarded

  • Provide administrative support
  • Conduct research
  • Manage office supplies
  • Receive visitors
  • Manage general telephonic and online queries incl social media Inbox
  • Manage inventory of supplies and products
  • Collate and dispatch client orders
  • Manage client and supplier communications
  • Monitor client accounts and follow up on outstanding client payments
  • Maintain client database
  • Schedule & manage photoshoots
  • Manage ecommerce website
  • Compile marketing reports
